Gold Collage:
This is one of five gold collages. They are all made with many different pieces of gold and accent colored metallic fabrics, which are appliquéd onto plain cotton backing. Over the fabrics are layers of free-motion embroidery with rayon and metallic threads. It is embellished with beads, gems, jewelry, and found objects.
